Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable. Although if the end cost of the final product is less than the deposit, you will receive the remaining funds back with your purchase.

If within 14 calendar days, the product fails to serve its main function, an attempt to replace the faulty component or/and correct the item to bring it to the requested specification as per order within a reasonable amount of time.

Please bear in mind, custom parts take longer to manufacture.
